2. Zero Ads & Zero Data Selling Guarantee
We do not sell, license, rent, or trade your personal information, search queries, selected illness rooms, or direct messages to any advertiser, pharmaceutical corporation, data broker, or third party. There are no advertising tracking scripts or behavioral ad pixels on HealDomain.
3. Pseudonymity & Anonymity Options
You are never required to provide your legal name to participate in HealDomain. You are known only by your chosen unique handle (@handle) and display name. Your date of birth, gender, and geographic location are completely optional and remain strictly private unless you explicitly choose to make them visible.
4. Ephemeral 1-on-1 Direct Messaging
Direct messaging between users operates on a consent-first model via Message Requests. Furthermore, private 1-on-1 conversations are session-bound and ephemeral: once a user terminates the session or closes the mobile app, local chat memory is cleared. No permanent records of private peer chats remain on device storage.
5. Push Notifications & Lock-Screen Shielding
To safeguard your health confidentiality in public spaces, push notifications delivered to your device lock screen are intentionally generic (e.g., “You have a new message”). Sensitive health conditions, medication names, and message previews are never exposed on your lock screen.
